Grace Foundation was incorporated in 2003 with a view to help develop schools with a Christian ethos. Grace Foundation were the original sponsors of Ethos Teams that were, and still are, integrated within three Grace Academy schools including us here at Grace Academy Coventry. The Charity is funded by Lord Edmiston and his business endeavours through IM Group.
We exist to transform young people’s lives through holistic education.
This is holistic vision is designed to support the aspirational, relational, and spiritual needs of students and their families through the work of our Ethos Team. We work through these three key themes:
Our Academy Ethos team is built up of:
Mrs E Williams: Ethos Hub Leader and Assistant Principal for Personal Development
Ms S Scott: Ethos Family Support Worker
Mr L Driver: Ethos Youth Worker
Ms Scott works full time as part of our Ethos team and is here to support our students and families.
