Year 11 and Sixth Form Parents' Evening - Thursday 19th January 2023

Dear Parents / Carer,

Year 11 Parents’ Evening – Thursday 19th January – 4pm to 7pm

We would like to invite you to our Year 11 Parents’ Evening which will be taking place on
Thursday 19th January, starting at 4pm. This evening is an excellent opportunity to discuss your child’s progress with their respective subject teachers following their recent assessments and reports.

For Year 11 parents, this will be the final opportunity for you to speak with your child’s
respective subject teachers on a one-to-one basis before they sit their final exams in the
summer term. Subject teachers will be able to discuss how your child is progressing in their studies and what they need to do over the next few months to enable them to reach their full Limitless Potential in their exams. This is a great opportunity for parents and teachers to work together to ensure your child gets the support and guidance necessary to give them the best possibility of success. 

The event will run from 4pm to 7pm and each appointment will be for 5 minutes, providing sufficient time to speak to all of your child’s teachers. You will hopefully be familiar with our online appointment booking system used across the school, which we will be asking you to use again this year. If you are not familiar with this booking system, please see the attached Parents’ Guide. The booking system will remain open until midday on Wednesday 18th January.
