Dear Parents/Carers,
End of Term Arrangements July 2023
At the end of a very busy and exciting term, we would like to outline the arrangements for the end of term next Friday, 21st July.
We are going to have an inspiring end to the term, encompassing a culture of celebration of our successes this year with rewards being celebrated throughout the week and next week we will be writing to you to tell you about all the fantastic things we have achieved this term.
Finishing times – Friday 21st July
On Friday 21st July there will be a staggered end to the day as follows:
- Years 7, 9 and 12: finish at 12.30pm
- Years 8 and 10: finish at 12.40pm
Any students who are eligible for free school meals will have their allowance made available during morning break time on that day and a hot meal will be served.
A reminder that the new term begins on:
- Tuesday 5th September 2023 for Years 7 and 12
- Wednesday 6th September 2023 for Years 8, 9, 10, 11 and 13
The precise timings for the start of term in September will be communicated to you before the end of this term.
